Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure neighborhood peace.
The rooftop pool is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with daily maintenance until 3:00 PM.
Secure parking is provided for up to 3 cars inside the premises; please keep the street clear.
Smoking is allowed only outdoors; pets, unapproved parties, narcotics, and gambling are strictly forbidden.
Guests are liable for all damages, breakages, or legal consequences resulting from prohibited activities.
An on-site caretaker stays in a separate upstairs area to assist with your stay and maintain privacy.
